Return Policy
RETURNS:
- Please note no refunds or returns are possible.
- Exchanges are possible, subject to availability and provided that the item has not been embroidered.
- We have a 5 day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
- Please note all courier costs for the process of the exchange will fall upon the customer.

REFUNDS:
- Unfortunately refunds are not possible.
- If you have any concerns , you may send them through to workwearworkit@gmail.com.
- In the special case where a refund is approved, please note you will only be refunded for the items and not the shipping costs.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days after receiving your order to notify us of any issues.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
