Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within 1 week to let you know your order is on the way! If you require embroidery please note that it will take roughly 2-3 weeks before shipping your order, depending on how busy the embroiders are.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within range of our warehouse. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Standard shipping Orders are generally shipped within 3-4 business days using The Courier Guy. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Flat rate shipping fee of R120 applies to orders shipping to all provinces in South Africa. If you have ordered more than 5 items , the shipping rate will increase to R150 in order to accommodate for a bigger box.

Please note once the order has left our warehouse, and has been handed over to the shipping company, we are no longer liable if the product gets misplaced, damaged or stolen during courier. If you would like to purchase shipping with insurance you may send an email to workwearworkit@gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at present.
